•Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with tags intact and all original labels attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

•Items such as gift cards, promotional items, and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned.

•Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Zeeapparels error.

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

•Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

2. Exchange Process

•To initiate an exchange, email [email protected] with your order number, item details, and the preferred size or color.

•If your requested item is available, we will reserve it and provide instructions for sending back the original item.

•Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number and a photo of the item for verification. We will send a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of errors on our part.
